Governance

Tiffany Shores Home Owners Association Inc.

The voluntary, elected, board of directors has the responsibility to monitor and enforce compliance with private land use restrictions as defined in the Consolidated Covenants and Bylaws of Tiffany Shores. 

 

Effective October 1, 2018 the majority of this governance has been contracted to BVW Property Management.  The board maintains responsibility to insure BVW performs to the contract of work. The board still approves all expenditures, maintains special committees, assists in setting and approving the annual budget, and has final authority to settle all grievances, maintenance requests or association improvement projects.

BVW Property Management includes but is not limited to:

 

 

  • Oversee grounds and landscaping including the hiring and supervision of grounds & landscaping of common elements as approved by the board.

  • Point of contact for all resident complaints, comments, questions, etc.

  • Handling collection and invoicing of association dues.

  • Handling the coordination of payment of all utilities and other  association bills.

  • Advise board on any future capital expenses they should be allocating reserves for and assist in budget preparation.

  • 24-hour emergency maintenance calls.

  • Monthly, Quarterly and annual statements to the board.
